Just when everyone thought Indian Cricket’s brand value has taken a hammering after the IPL fixing bans on teams and owners, just when everyone thought attracting sponsors will be a task for BCCI there comes good news for Cricket in India on the sponsorship front. PAYTM becomes the first ecommerce company to sponsor Indian Cricket in a deal worth staggering INR 203 Crores.

This indeed is great news and shows stability in sponsorship structuring after BCCI struggled with getting a long term sponsor on board.

This is a break through deal and the team at Maxus deserves a big round of applause for working hard on closing this deal.
